About me
Before I became a UX Researcher and Designer, I spent 13 years working directly with people — in childcare, hospitality and customer service. That background gives me something most researchers don't have: a genuine instinct for human behaviour built through real-world practice, not just academic frameworks.
I completed my postgraduate degree in UX Design at IADT Dublin. I work with Figma, Miro, Maze and AI tools to plan, conduct and communicate research that is clear, honest and actually useful.
